Green Beans

I had never seen a gunny sack full of green beans before. But there is a first time for everything. I had also never stared at a pressure cooker asking the question, "Does it heat up, and can we return it to Amazon some how?" But slowly and eventually the needle began to rise, and we started to can our first green beans! Below are some pictures of our green bean canners working hard. (By the way, don't pull the cap off the pressure cooker before it cools down...we learn by experience.)
